In Lak'ech Ala K'in
"In Lak'ech" is a Mayan phrase, often translated as "You are my other me" or "I am you, and you are me". It embodies a concept of interconnectedness and mutual respect. At its core at VUVB we strive to be transparent and encourage wellness as an action of communal wellbeing
